SAS macro %krftests which
calculates bias-corrected standard errors and the Kenward-Roger
small sample F tests for the fixed effects in Linear Mixed Models
as described above (SAS macro program file : KRFTests.exe, 46KB) available for SAS Release 6.12. [These
methods are implemented in SAS Release 7 using the DDFM=KR option
(Download available from SAS Web Site) and will be available in
Release 8.]
